Cancellation Policy

**No Refunds and No-Show Policy:** At Aesthetic World & Med Spa, we uphold a strict policy regarding refunds and no-show appointments to maintain the efficiency and quality of our services. We want to inform our valued clients of the following guidelines: 1. **No Refunds:** - All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and paid for, the amount is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 2. **No-Show Policy:** - In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the entire payment for that service will be forfeited. We allocate valuable time and resources to accommodate each appointment, and a no-show disrupts our ability to serve other clients effectively. 3. **Cancellation Policy:** - We do not entertain cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Instead, clients are encouraged to reschedule to a more convenient date. There are no outright cancellations; only rescheduling is permitted. 4. **Rescheduling:** - Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments to a date that better suits their schedule. Rescheduling must be done within the provided time frame, and any payments made will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
